[Monkey Welder]

It's alright

Doesn't accurately depict welding at all, but hey, it's a video game, can't complain.

Ok so... I don't know if I'm just using it wrong, but the ARC welder doesn't work at all and only the TIG seems to be the only working one.

The game is pretty easy for the first few levels, just lay down a weld on the lines and avoid the floating gas tanks and oxy bursts... However, your welds have to be pretty much pixel perfect for them to register... Which is lame...

Also there's not rod degeneration or speed penalties for going too fast.

For the oxy bursts, it's hard to tell where they're coming from, thus making it hard to complete.

Good but short and lacking.

I like the 8-bit theme...

However, the game seemed lacking of several things.

Those several things would be...

A item menu, that would help for the people who lack short term memory. (me)

Length, this game was awfully short... Maybe a sequel with longer gameplay and more story?

A minimap of sorts.... for you know... mapping.

ME... this game lacked me.

Good for the length though.

I can tell you copied this from the AS2 Physics Engine Flash.

Since it is nearly the same exact thing, a bouncing ball that bounces off objects realistically.

You could have done a better job by at least making a game out of this instead of just a two frame flash with no redeeming qualities what so ever.

Just for the record, it's not called "twitching", it's called "frame by frame"

And to be honest, your "tutorial" didn't explain it well.

You should really learn something before you make a tutorial on it.

And what is Actionscript Cs2?

And Actionscript CS2 is the coding on Flash. For example, newgrounds logo that brings you to the page is actionscript.

This won't play

The main menu pops up and stuff

but when I start A game it gives me a level with no blocks.

The flash player gives AS errors.

I also get weird pink squares.

maybe if you used this in a game of sorts (like things are falling and you have to avoid them) then you can have a real good gmae here.
